Research Focus
At the Mass Spectrometry Research and Education Center (MSREC), we specialize in the development and optimization of mass spectrometry-based analytical methods to support the scientific community in advancing their research. Our expertise includes both qualitative techniques for molecular mass confirmation and quantitative approaches tailored to a wide range of applications—from single-compound analysis to complex mixtures. These methods are applied across diverse fields, including polymer science, synthetic organic chemistry, and the characterization of biomolecules such as RNA, peptides, proteins, metabolites, and lipids.
